Terms & Conditions 123hd — Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia Sports Betting

The 123hd platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility before registering or using any of our services.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the 123hd platform. 123hd does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to open an account or access any of our betting or gaming services.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under legal guardianship are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 123hd. Owning more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
• Personal Account: A 123hd account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Sharing your account with another individual, or using someone else's account, is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process at 123hd, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account without compensation.

• Registration Information: You must provide your full name, an active and reachable phone number, and a strong password. All information must match your true identity as reflected in your official Malaysian identification document.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your 123hd account password confidential. 123hd will never request your password via email, phone, or any other channel. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless you have immediately reported a security breach to us.
• Phone Verification: The registered phone number must be able to receive verification SMS. Inactive or invalid phone numbers will result in automatic registration failure.
• Duplicate Account Termination: If the 123hd system detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts will be forfeited. Members who suspect their account has been duplicated without their knowledge should contact 123hd customer support immediately.

123hd supports popular and legitimate deposit methods for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 123hd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

• Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. No other payment methods are currently accepted.
• Minimum Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. The maximum deposit limit varies depending on your chosen payment method and your account's VIP level.
• Deposit Processing: Successful deposits are usually credited to your 123hd account within seconds. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact 123hd customer support and include proof of the transaction.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your 123hd account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. 123hd reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where necessary.
• No Processing Fees: 123hd does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

123hd is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the 123hd member account.

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for members who have completed full identity verification.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to one hour. In certain cases requiring additional review, processing may take up to 24 business hours.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have received any bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in their respective promotional terms.
• Identity Verification: 123hd reserves the right to require identity verification before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or when unusual account activity is detected. This process is in place to protect the security of your funds.

• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to the odds confirmed by the system at the time the bet is accepted, not the odds displayed at the time of selection. Delays caused by your internet connection do not entitle you to claim different odds.

• Odds & Official Results: All match results are based on official outcomes announced by the governing body of the relevant league or tournament. 123hd is not responsible for any errors in third-party news sources.

• Bet Outcomes: 123hd is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of their betting decisions. Betting is an activity that carries financial risk, which members acknowledge and accept.
• Third-Party Information: Any statistics, analysis, or third-party information displayed on the 123hd platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of betting outcomes.
