It's more than just cashback — the 123hd VIP program gives you a complete experience that's genuinely a cut above regular membership.
If you've played on other platforms before, you've probably run into this: a VIP program that looks great on paper, but once you're in, the fine print makes rewards nearly impossible to claim. We get that frustration — and that's exactly why 123hd built a VIP Rewards program that's different. It's transparent, easy to understand, and genuinely delivers value to our loyal players.
At 123hd, every ringgit you deposit and every bet you place counts. Our points system runs automatically in the background — no buttons to click, no forms to submit. Once you hit the threshold for the next tier, your account is upgraded automatically and all new benefits go live within a few hours.
We also believe loyalty should be rewarded consistently, not just in your first month. That's why 123hd cashback and rebates are calculated based on your current weekly activity — not your initial deposit or registration month. As long as you keep playing, the rewards keep coming.
Points are earned at different rates depending on the game category. The higher your VIP tier, the faster you accumulate points to redeem as cash rewards.

Many 123hd members don't realise how straightforward it is to reach Gold or Platinum — especially once you know how to use the points system strategically. Here we share some practical tips to help you get the most value out of every ringgit you put in.
123hd regularly runs "Double Points Days" where the points rate for selected game categories is multiplied — sometimes up to 3×. Keep an eye on the promotions section in your account or enable push notifications on the 123hd app so you never miss out. Betting on these days means you accumulate points two to three times faster than usual.
Did you notice that slots earn 12 points per RM100 — more than Baccarat (8 points) or Blackjack (6 points)? That means if slots are your game at 123hd, you're building up reward points faster without even thinking about it. Pick high-RTP slot titles to get better entertainment value while stacking VIP points at the same time.
The 123hd VIP system tracks your cumulative deposits from your registration date, but your current tier is reviewed every three months. This means you need to stay active to hold your tier — consistent, regular activity counts for more than a single large deposit now and then. Members who stay consistently active are also more frequently selected for exclusive offers and invitations that aren't made available to the general public.
123hd Gold and Platinum members with a dedicated account manager often get access to "off-menu" deals — exclusive bonuses that never appear on the regular promotions page. Don't hesitate to reach out to your VIP manager via WhatsApp and ask about the latest offers. They have the authority to offer reload bonuses, extra rebates, or higher withdrawal limits based on your gaming profile.
Most importantly, remember that this VIP program is a reward for responsible gameplay — not a reason to spend beyond your means. Set your monthly budget, enjoy the games, and let your VIP points accumulate naturally. That's the way you'll truly experience the long-term value of the 123hd VIP Rewards program.
