We're more than just a betting platform. 123hd is a community of Malaysian sports fans and entertainment enthusiasts, built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and a genuine passion for delivering the best experience to every member. From Sabah to Perlis, hundreds of thousands of Malaysians have made 123hd their go-to entertainment companion.
123hd began with a simple question that kept running through our founders' minds back in 2019: why wasn't there a sports betting platform truly built for Malaysians? One that understood how we watch sports, how we make payments, and how we expect to be treated as customers?
At the time, most platforms on the market were international products that had been only partially localised into Malay — with clunky interfaces, deposit methods ill-suited to Malaysian users, and customer support that had no grasp of local context. Malaysian players were stuck navigating unfriendly platforms, complicated deposit processes involving foreign currency conversion, and customer support that was only available during European business hours.
We didn't think that was good enough. So we built something better.
"Our goal from day one was simple — build a platform that Malaysians would be proud to use. Not just something that works, but something that's genuinely the best for our market."
— 123hd Founding Team, 2019Today, 123hd has grown into one of Malaysia's most active Sports Betting and online casino platforms. With over 200,000 active members, coverage spanning more than 30 sports categories, 700+ slot titles from internationally licensed providers, and Live Casino table games — all accessible through a single account with a minimum deposit as low as RM10.
But that number isn't what we're most proud of. What matters more to us is trust — trust that when you win at 123hd, your funds will be paid out quickly and without hassle. Trust that the games we offer are fair and independently audited. And trust that whenever you need help, our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the Bahasa Malaysia you're comfortable with.
This isn't just a claim — it's a commitment we deliver on for every 123hd member, every single day.
These values are not just slogans on an office wall — they are how we operate every day, for every member.
